A Growing Team: Meet Our New Staff
Prepare to Achieve recently had the pleasure of welcoming our two newest staff members Deb and Garry.
We wanted you to get to know them too and learn more about what makes them tick!
Deb Webb is our End-Point Assessment Officer. She loves meeting new people and is here to support our apprentices and their employers through the End-Point Assessment process, making it as simple as possible.
If she was any coloured she’d be blue and she thinks the best film of all time is The Devil Wears Prada. She has also climbed up the inside of the Great Pyramid in Cairo, so we’re sure she’ll be able to face any challenges that come her way.
Garry Ryan is our Lead End-Point Assessor, he is also a twin with twin daughters and two sons, so we suspect his favourite number is two! His favourite part of being a Lead End-Point Assessor, is seeing learners achieve because they are prepared and understand the importance of End-Point Assessment. His advice for EPA would be not to become scared or worried about the EPA element of your apprenticeship. We will help to keep it simple and fuss-free, and meet the needs of every learner no matter what.
If he was any colour he would be orange because it brings life to other colours, and he thinks the best film of all time is the entire Godfather trilogy.
We are so excited to have Garry and Deb on board and can’t wait to see what they bring to Prepare to Achieve.
