Budgets are often tight, supporting learners isn’t cheap, and we know that the last thing you need is uncertainty when it comes to the costs of EPA.

The three key principles we apply our EPA prices...
We never charge before Gateway. This means there is nothing to pay for on-programme learners because we know that costs incurred before Gateway could mean lost money if that apprentice doesn’t complete their programme.
We only charge one flat fee – this includes registration, assessment, any re-sits that may be required within the standard and covers the cost of any appeals. This means you always know how much EPA is costing you with no nasty surprises.
We pass savings on. Where we can make savings in the delivery of EPA – for example, saving admin costs where there are several apprentices going through EPA with us – we reduce our costs to reflect this.
