A specialist End-Point Assessment Organisation delivering EPA nationally

Prepare to Achieve is a specialist End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) for apprenticeships. We work with employers, apprentices and training providers throughout England.

Our EPA delivery service

As a registered End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) we are approved to deliver End-Point Assessment for the following apprenticeships in the health and social care sector;

These healthcare apprenticeship standards have a duration between 12-18 months. Once an apprentice has completed their programme, they will need to complete the End-Point Assessment element of their apprenticeship standard.

Supporting your apprentice

End-Point Assessment for the health and social care sector consists of two assessment methods; Professional Discussion and Situational Judgement Test. In order to keep things simple, we’re doing what we can to ensure a straight-forward approach to completing End-Point Assessment, without the need for worry or panic. Unlike other End-Point Assessment Organisations, our priority is to put the needs of the apprentice at the heart of everything we do, so that they can be assured they receive the support and the all of the information they need from us to achieve their qualification, first time. If that doesn’t happen, we’ll never charge you for a re-sit. You can find out more about funding EPA here.

With this in mind, we’ve created a number of resources including top tips guides that you can download and short animations to watch with your apprentice, so that they can be well prepared for each of their assessments. Furthermore, you will have an understanding of what is required and you can help with the preparations. Download our free resources.

We are planning to offer EPA for more apprenticeships in the future. Sign-up to our newsletter to stay up-to-date with our latest news and the standards we offer.
