Prepare to Achieve offers a quality service End-Point Assessment for employers, training providers and apprentices
Quality End-point Assessment
After being let down by an End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) before, Cindy Osborn, Quality Manager at Training Associates, was hesitant about working with another organisation.
Training Associates, a private training provider who have been delivering training in Health and Social Care, Early Years, and Leadership and Management since 2003, work from centres in London, Hampshire and Sussex.
Having successfully delivered apprenticeship frameworks since 2014, Cindy and her team at Training Associates, faced the challenge of converting over to deliver the apprenticeship standards which included the End-Point Assessment (EPA) element of the qualification.
“Prepare to Achieve’s efficient approach to EPA has supported us in achieving the timely success for our Health and Social Care learners working on apprenticeship standards at level 2 and level 3 which we sort to achieve.”
A Lead Internal Quality Assessor (IQA) from Training Associates, Tom Lord, agreed that one of the key benefits from using Prepare to Achieve was their simple, timely approach.
He said, “Ensuring we get our learners completed in a timely fashion has allowed them to have the best learning experience possible. Prepare to Achieve promised to put the learners first and they have succeeded in doing this.”
Cindy explained that one of the benefits of choosing Prepare to Achieve to work with was the knowledge that she and her team have now gained thanks to the patience and the support they have received from the team at Prepare to Achieve. As a result of this, they in turn have been able to use this knowledge to support their apprentices on other subjects through the EPA process.
“We all felt immediately comfortable with Lee Evans, who provided a personal, yet professional, service. It was obvious that Prepare to Achieve had worked hard to ensure that they fully understood the market to which they would be providing the service and we felt that this company would focus on the learners and ensuring that they achieved their goals, whilst ensuring that our company’s objectives would be met.”
“Before engaging with Prepare to Achieve we felt that the EPA process was completely daunting. The support we received throughout the set-up of the process, the ease of use of the platform and ongoing customer service has been invaluable.”
When asked about advice that Cindy would give to training providers looking for more information about EPA, or employers who were considering using Prepare to Achieve, she said, “Do not hesitate in engaging with Prepare to Achieve, they provide a professional, learner focused service, whilst remaining personal in their approach to us as a company.”
