Prepare to Achieve offers a quality service End-Point Assessment for employers, training providers and apprentices
After being let down by an End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) before, Cindy Osborn, Quality Manager at Training Associates, was hesitant about working with another organisation.
Training Associates, a private training provider who have been delivering training in Health and Social Care, Early Years, and Leadership and Management since 2003, work from centres in London, Hampshire and Sussex.
Having successfully delivered apprenticeship frameworks since 2014, Cindy and her team at Training Associates, faced the challenge of converting over to deliver the apprenticeship standards which included the End-Point Assessment (EPA) element of the qualification.
